The new design overcomes common 西提U issues such as operational complexity, unstable control, maintenance difficulties, and excessive noise, offering a quieter, more reliable, and easier-to-maintain solution. This breakthrough aligns with industry demands for safer and more efficient drilling technologies, with SOFE investing over 15% of its annual revenue into ongoing R&D efforts to stay at the forefront of innovation.
Facing the natural decline in shale gas output, with pressure flattening after 1 to 2 years of production, maintaining stable gas flow requires high-pressure techniques. Among these, pressurized production plays a crucial role in sustaining shale gas extraction. SOFE was actively involved in the initial stages of the Fulin shale gas development project, crafting and executing strategies centered on pressurized gas production. To match shale gas field conditions, SOFE has designed specialized equipment such as wellhead boosted compressors and gas lift compressors. Currently, it stands as one of the leading compressor suppliers in the Fulin gas field.
The company adopts a customer-centric approach, closely monitoring equipment R&D trends and regional application demands worldwide through technology seminars, presentations, and project discussions. This strategy has enabled SOFE to develop ultra-deep well drilling rigs, high-pressure drilling pumps, large-horsepower compressors, and specialized ultra-deep well drill bits tailored to the evolving needs of the industry.
